Hospice Shops

Our 68 Orbell Street Hospice Shop is situated on the corner of Orbell and Rugby Streets in Timaru, next door to the Hospice Inpatient Unit.

We are open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm.

This attractive cottage set within the Hospice Gardens has been transformed into a beautiful treasure trove, which offers a unique shopping experience with an eclectic array of first class second-hand delights.

The shop is staffed by volunteers and has a wide range of new-with-tag and pre-loved designer pieces of women’s clothing, shoes, handbags, jewelry, china, glass, silverware, bric-a-brac and much more. The gorgeous displays are refreshed seasonally. This really is destination shopping at its very best!

Our Church Street Hospice Shop is located close to town and is open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm and Saturday 10am to 1pm

54 Church is the Hospice Shop that specialises in furniture, electrical goods, linen and menswear.

Our prices are competitive so this means our stock changes on a daily basis, so come in regularly. Hesitate and you could miss out – just ask our customers! Remember if you are looking for something specific please ask a volunteer, as we have more stock out the back.

We offer a pick – up and delivery service, so please ring 688 3965 and speak to Noeleen and she will organise a time that suits you. If she is not able to get to the phone please leave a message as they are checked regularly. Or email 54church@hospicesc.org.nz

We can only accept goods that are clean, complete, of good quality and in working order. Goods that don’t meet these criteria result in high rubbish removal costs taking funds away from where it is needed the most.
