Live music from Amelia Luxton – is a multi-award-winning country, folk and blues singer from South Canterbury and a graduate of the Australian Academy of Country Music. Known for her authentic songwriting and engaging performances, she delights audiences with heartfelt stories and music spanning a range of genres and eras. Amelia is looking forward to sharing her music with you.
Guest Speaker Jess Segar-Young is a community advocate, arts enthusiast, and manager of Timaru Booksellers. Passionate about reading, local heritage, and bringing people together, Whether she’s helping readers discover their next favourite book, supporting local arts initiatives, or championing Timaru’s heritage, Jess is driven by a love of storytelling and community connection. Also known for her singing and poetry.
Guest speaker Felicity Collier -is an award-winning Timaru entrepreneur, creative, and sustainability advocate. Co-owner of Cocoon Hair Design and a 2025 World of WearableArt runner-up, she is passionate about creativity, leadership, community connection, and inspiring others to pursue their purpose with courage and authenticity. Felicity is an all round amazing person and is very excited to be sharing a mix of her many stories with you.
Guest artist Vicki Truman – is a local contemporary artist based in Timaru, known for her loose and expressive acrylic and mixed-media paintings. Her work often features moody, atmospheric coastal landscapes and has been showcased in prominent local galleries and community projects.

Our fashion show will showcase a collection of beautiful pre-loved treasures, designer labels, vintage gems, and stylish bargains that prove fashion doesn’t have to cost the earth. Don’t be surprised if you leave inspired to visit the Hospice Shop and hunt for your own hidden treasure!
